Trained in Business Administration, with dual Brazilian and Spanish nationality. A career built in the administrative, financial, tax and contractual management of organisations of every size, always in highly regulated environments: contract and tender management, planning and control, corporate governance, risk management and regulatory and documentary compliance.

Eleven years at Petrobras (2003–2014) as contracts manager in the tendering, engineering and technological innovation area: the contractual life cycle of R&D and technological innovation projects, from signature to close-out, in one of the most demanding corporate environments in the world for traceability and compliance. Afterwards, legal and financial interface for 3695K in Brazil with clients such as Petrobras, Vale, Samarco Mineração and Fibria: a working relationship with Volcano's founder tested over years; and independent consultancy in business management and in public and private funding of innovation projects.

In the Volcano ecosystem she is the administrative, tax and corporate governance backbone: the contracts with the Tax Lease AIEs and with clients, the compliance and documentary traceability that the Canary regime demands, and the dialogue with the advisers specialising in REF and ZEC. The rigorous counterpart that an innovation machine needs in order to run fast without leaving the road.
