Door 03 · Capabilities

Your capabilities can be worth a stake, not just an invoice.

You have spent years charging by the hour for what builds other people's value. Here your work can go on being a paid role, or become a stake in the startups you contribute to, or both at once.

Who it is for

Is this you?

Technician, scientist, designer, manager, expert in production or in intellectual property: you register and define your capabilities. When a project requires them, the system puts it to you.

Step by step

How it works

  1. You register

You define your capabilities, your availability and your starting terms.

  2. The system proposes projects to you

When a venture needs exactly what you know how to do, the proposal reaches you; you decide whether to negotiate.

  3. A committee validates and assigns

A paid role and a stake in the startup, assigned with transparent metrics and recorded in the register of contributions.

The result

What you get

A paid role on projects worthy of your profile, plus a stake in the startups you contribute to: whoever creates the value owns it.

Deeper: The model →

Three routes, not one

Employment, services or a stake.

Whoever brings skills chooses their route, or combines several: joining the project as an employee, providing professional services, or receiving a share of the project for their contribution. The conversion rule is the same for everyone. If the project gives rise to a new startup with no other projects, the share of the project equals the stake in the startup. If an existing startup acquires it, the stake results from comparing the value of the project with that of the startup.

Your capabilities are worth a stake, not just a salary.
