The data

What data we process and what for

Only the data you give us through the site's forms (name, email and the content of your message or qualification), for the purpose of answering your request and assessing a possible collaboration. The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time. We do not ask for sensitive data through the site: tax data is processed only at later stages, confidentially and with your express consent.

Retention

Recipients and retention

Form submissions are processed through a form management provider acting as data processor; no data is transferred to third parties for their own purposes. We keep the data for as long as is necessary to deal with the request and, where applicable, the subsequent relationship, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

Your rights

Your rights

You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hello@volcano.works. If you consider that the processing is not lawful, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
