How it works
Each startup hires its own team.
Volcano is a network of independent companies: when a project becomes a startup, its team is formed, technical, scientific, commercial and managerial. The profiles we look for most: engineering and applied science, product development with AI, technical sales and operations. If you want to be on the radar, send us your profile and tell us which domain you excel in: we will contact you when a project fits you. The head office is in the Canary Islands, and we work in the five languages of this site: to join, one of these is enough, Spanish, Italian, English, German or Portuguese.
The people policy
We look for good people.
At Volcano we have a policy about people that we do not negotiate: we look for good people. Generous people, available to the group before their own ego. Technique can be learned; human quality you bring from home. That is the only way to travel comfortably, and to travel together for a long time.
