Take part

You are interested in a project.

Good. From here the route is short and without commitment: you tell us, we give you all the information you need, we get to know each other, and only if it fits on both sides is anything signed.

The journey

Four steps, and none of them commits you until the last one.

  1. You write to us

The form below, with the project already noted. Two required fields: we do not want it to cost you time.

  2. We give you all the information

The real status of the project, what has been validated and what has not, the structure of the operation, the timetable and the specific terms. Without embellishment: including what we do not yet know.

  3. We get to know each other, both ways

You assess us and we assess you. It is not a formality: a project that lasts years needs both sides to be comfortable, and sometimes the honest conclusion is no.

  4. If it fits, the convertible note is signed

Stake fixed on day one, with no discount and no cap. How it works exactly, in capital to invest.

Until the fourth step there is no commitment at all, neither on your side nor on ours. And what you tell us is covered by the same commitment of confidentiality as the rest of our forms.

The first step

Tell us who you are.

No amounts or sensitive data in this form: the financial detail is discussed in the video call, confidentially. The person responsible for the relevant area replies to you directly, within a maximum of 48 working hours.

While you wait

What you can look at on your own.

You can move the numbers of your own case before we talk: ticket, year of entry, dilution and multiple are in the private simulation. The order in which the questions are best asked is in your decision route. And if you are wondering how much information you need before deciding, there is a whole page about that: the decision window.

Would you rather talk before writing?

We choose to go to the Moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard.
