Consultation terms

Few and clear: they govern the paid consultation with Volcano, the refund guarantee and the deduction from the first engagement.

1 · The service

The consultation is an expert guidance video call (15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes, at €4/minute) on innovation, tax incentives for R&D and technological innovation, technological Tax Lease, ZEC and participation in the Volcano ecosystem. It does not replace the formal tax or legal advice of a professional engagement.

2 · Booking and payment

Booking is made at cal.com/volcano and payment is processed in advance by card through Stripe. You will receive a confirmation email with the date, the time and the video call link.

3 · Refund guarantee

If at the end of the call you consider that it gave you no value, you may request a refund within the first hour after the call ends, by replying to your booking confirmation email with the word REFUND (or by WhatsApp to the contact number). No questions asked. The amount is refunded less the payment gateway fee, which the provider does not return to us (between 1.5% and 3.25% depending on your card, plus €0.25), to the same payment method within 5 to 10 working days. The guarantee applies to one consultation per person or company.

4 · Deduction from the first engagement

The full amount of the consultation is deducted from the first professional engagement you enter into with Volcano within the 12 months following the call.

5 · Rescheduling and no-shows

You may reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the appointment from the link in your confirmation. If you cancel before the call, the amount is refunded on the same terms as point 3. Failing to attend without notice gives no right to a refund, although Volcano may offer, at its discretion, a single rescheduling.

6 · Data and applicable law

The processing of your data is governed by the privacy policy. These terms are governed by Spanish law; for any dispute the competent courts shall be those corresponding to the consumer where the law so requires and, failing that, those of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
